Can you spare an hour or two?

We always need willing volunteers.  If you can offer to help, even for just a couple of hours on the day, please send an   e-mail to us.

Before registering please read the regulations on the registration forms and ensure that you are able to comply.

The Carnival is held on closed roads and arrival and departure times are strictly enforced.

No vehicle movement is allowed while the show is open.

Last year, due to increased costs and financial losses in the last two years,  we took the difficult decision to suggest a donation when you register on the day.   Thank you for your support with this difficult decision.  

We have now formalised that decision and this year an administration fee  of £2.50 per vehicle will be charged to all exhibitors.
